New gravel driveway installation
Full construction from the base up, built to shed water from day one.

Built from the base up
Most driveway problems start underneath. Water gets in, the base goes soft, and the gravel follows it down. We build new driveways the other way: start with the ground, get the grade right, lay fabric where it's needed, put down enough gravel and compact it. When the rain comes, it runs off instead of through.
What a complete installation includes
- Site assessment. We walk the property, read the slope and find where the water wants to go.
- Grading. We shape the ground so water sheds off the driveway, not down it.
- Geotextile fabric where it's needed. Fabric between the dirt and the gravel keeps the stone from sinking into the mud.
- The right gravel depth. Enough stone to carry the load, not a thin sprinkle that looks good for a month.
- Erosion control. Ditches, drains and armored rock where the water exits, so we handle the water before it handles your driveway.

Two new builds from our project files
Horseshoe drive. She wanted a new horseshoe driveway and a pad to her shed. We laid geotextile fabric for stabilization, put down three-inch stone, capped it with crushed stone and compacted it with our vibratory roller: smooth, durable and pick-axe hard.
RV parking. They wanted a place where they and their friends could park their RVs. In one day we laid 7,000 square feet of geotextile fabric, brought in 286 tons of gravel and compacted it with our vibratory roller.
