This policy covers our website, graveldrivewayrecovery.com, our quote form, our Facebook Page and Messenger chat, our lead forms on Facebook, and the calls and text messages we exchange with customers.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Quote requests. When you send a quote request on our website, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, the property address and details about the work you need.
Facebook Messenger chat. If you message our Facebook Page, an automated chat assistant may answer. It asks for contact details such as your name, phone number, email and property address so it can create a quote request for you.
Facebook lead forms. If you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook, we receive the answers you submit.
Calls, texts and email. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

Information collected automatically on our website

Analytics and advertising tools. We use Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. They use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on your IP address, how you found our site (for example, from an ad) and actions such as tapping our call, text or quote buttons or sending a quote request.
Website hosting. Our website host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and send invoices.
To call or text you back about your request or your job.
To measure which pages and ads bring in quote requests, and to show our ads to people who may need our services.
To keep our records and meet our legal obligations.

Where your information goes

Our quote form. Your quote request goes into Jobber, the customer management system we use to track requests, quotes, jobs and invoices. Our website host, Netlify, also receives each request through its form service, Netlify Forms. Netlify checks it for spam (using a service called Akismet), keeps a copy along with the IP address, browser and page it was sent from, and emails that copy to our business email. Netlify keeps its copy until we delete it. A second, backup copy is kept in Netlify in case something goes wrong, and it is deleted automatically after 180 days. To block spam, our form also keeps a scrambled code made from your IP address (never the address itself) for up to two days.
Google Maps address suggestions. When address suggestions are turned on in our quote form, the form uses Google Maps to suggest matching addresses as you type. What you type in the address box is then sent to Google to find those suggestions. Google's own privacy policy applies to that service.
Messenger chat and lead forms. Contact details you give our chat assistant or our Facebook lead forms are sent through the automation service we use to create a quote request in Jobber. Conversations on Facebook are also handled under Meta's own policies.
Other service providers. We use companies that help us run the business, such as our email provider, our phone and texting provider, our website host and the automation service that connects our forms and chat to Jobber. They handle your information only to provide their services to us.
Google and Meta. Our analytics and advertising tools share website activity, such as page visits, button taps and sent quote requests, with Google and Meta so we can measure our ads and show them to the right people. We don't send your name, phone number, email address or property address with these events.
When required by law. We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
If the business changes hands. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you text us or ask us to text you, we use your number to talk with you about your quote and your job. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages from us. We don't share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on and manage Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
You can manage the ads you see on Facebook in your Meta ad preferences.

How to see, correct or delete your information

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This includes information collected through our website, our Facebook Page and Messenger chat, and our Facebook lead forms. Email info@graveldrivewayrecovery.com or call or text (931) 400-8002, and tell us the name and the phone number or email address you used. We'll confirm the request with you and take care of it. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep customer and quote records for as long as we need them to serve you, keep our business records and meet legal and tax requirements. The backup copy of each website quote request is deleted from Netlify automatically after 180 days. Netlify's form service keeps its copy until we delete it.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers, through our forms or chat.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
